The Department for Education’s National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) are a suite of qualifications designed to support leadership development for teachers at middle, senior and executive levels.  The LTC team has over 10 years’ experience of facilitating these programmes.

These programmes can be taken by qualified teachers from any type or phase of school.

The biggest impact on my learning has been the different models and awareness of different leadership styles as this has allowed me to engage fully with other leaders within school.
